Who's organizing this?

We're Stephen Ussery and Wicher Minnaard. We both live in Timor and we like to ride our mountainbikes. Stephen wanted to ride a race in Timor this year, but realized that there wasn't going to be one unless he'd organize one himself. Wicher rode the 2016 and 2017 Tour de Timor and thinks he knows heaps of tracks that should be raced, but haven't been yet. We're organizing this race because Timor deserves one; we don't stand to gain financially; we don't pay ourselves any salary or compensation, and we pay the entrance fee just like everyone else. If the TD books are in the black by the time it's over, the participants can have a vote on which charity we'll donate any surplus to.
